CHOCOLAT

C'è qualcosa di meglio del cioccolato? Per chiunque abbia un debole per i dolci in genere la risposta sarebbe un clamoroso "no", a meno che non ha avuto la fortuna di trovare questo gioiello di caffè in Polonia. Al negozio e bar di cioccolato Pump House , i proprietari sono così ossessionati dal cioccolato che lo fanno sgocciolare dalle pareti. Ok, il cioccolato non è letteralmente gocciolante dalle pareti , ma all'interno del piccolo caffè è stato creato del finto cioccolato da abbellimento dagli interior designer  Bro.Kat. 

 La semplicità dello spazio si riflette anche nella combinazione di colori, che consiste solo di marroni , neri, e bianchi, un interpretazione delle varietà più popolari di cioccolato. Sospensioni bianche pendono dal soffitto sopra simile a gocce di latte, portando luce e l'unità allo spazio decadente.

Il piccolo bar, situato in una piazza del mercato a Opole, Polonia, è di soli 30 metri quadrati . E' stato creato un soppalco che ha permesso alla caffetteria di ottenere un maggior spazio per dei tavolini dove degustare queste delizie.

Is there anything better than chocolate? For anyone with a sweet tooth the answer would typically be a resounding “no,” unless she was lucky enough to find this gem of a café in Poland. At Pump House Chocolate shop and bar, the proprietors are so obsessed with chocolate that the rich, gooey substance is actually dripping from the walls. Okay, chocolate is not literally dripping from the walls (that could get very messy), but the small café’s interior has been given a chocolaty embellishment courtesy of the interior designers at Bro.Kat. Read more!

The small café, located in a market square in Opole, Poland, only occupies a mere 30-square-meter unit, making the expert utilization of space all the more important. While the width of the space kept the designers on a short leash, the height allowed for extra expansion in the form of a mezzanine. The mezzanine allowed the café to fit extra seating areas about the chocolate-inspired bar.

The space is relatively sparse, with the designers Roma Skuza and Bogna Polańska explaining “the chocolate melting on the walls serving as the only embellishment of the room.” The simplicity of the space is even reflected in the color scheme, which consists of only browns, blacks, and whites, an interpretation of chocolate’s most popular varieties. White pendant fixtures hang from the ceiling above similar to drops of milk, bringing light and unity to the decadent space.
